Processing Your Order

We try our best to ship goods to you as soon as possible. On an average, it takes us about 5 business days to ship goods out of our warehouses across United States. However if the quantities ordered are more than 5 pieces per product per style, or if the item ordered is under production, it may take longer to process your order. Should this happen, we will keep you informed by email.

Customs and International Shipping

All  orders are shipped internationally from our warehouses across United States  to your provided shipping address via DHL/FEDEX. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally an additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country that will be paid by MULTOSDEALS LLC. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with DHL/FEDEX to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from DHL/FEDEX for import duties and taxes, you will  not have to pay DHL/FEDEX directly at the time of delivery.

When international orders reach their destination country/region, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.


Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 7 PM US CT (US Central Time) will begin processing on the following Monday. We  will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification. Delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.

If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to MULTODEALS LLC(www. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Customer will have not pay any Custom Duty charges even if it is presented by the shipping company

In the case of gifts customer have to pay the shipping cost of the product but customer is not responsible for the Custom Duty .
